AGENT SOUTH DAKOTA
Season-9 Era South Dakota is an elite soldier from the 26th century. She's been trained to be a deathly fighting force within the experimental program she was a member of, Project Freelancer.

She's competent, but driven by jealousy and a competitive nature (likely grown from an early age when trying to identify herself separately from her twin brother, who is also a member of the program (Agent North Dakota), whose parents dressed them alike). She has the tendency to react brashly and in a showy fashion with little patience, in an attempt to impress without considering mission parameters.

She's very adept at taking a bad situation and making it worse.
